Privacy policy
Last updated 6 Jun 2026
Departly is a simple, static website. We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't run a user database. This policy explains what limited data is involved when you use the site.
Information we collect
We don't collect personal information such as your name or email unless you choose to email us directly. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand which guides are useful (for example, page views and broad country-level location), but this is not used to identify you personally.
Affiliate links and partners
Some links route through our own /go/ redirect pages to partners such as
booking, eSIM, insurance and transfer providers. When you click through and visit a
partner's site, that partner may set their own cookies to attribute the referral. Their use
of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours. See our
affiliate disclosure for more.
Cookies
Departly itself aims to keep cookies to a minimum. Any analytics or partner cookies are described above. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Your rights
As a UK-focused site, we aim to align with UK GDPR principles: data minimisation, transparency and purpose limitation. If you have any questions about privacy on Departly, please contact us.
